Ten total founding positions are available across Cohort A (Founding Clinical Fellows, no monthly fee, invitation only) and Cohort B (GBP 299 per month, application-based). Once Phase 1 closes, founding terms are no longer available at any price.

Pricing will be reviewed at year five. Founding practitioners will receive advance notice of any changes before they take effect. The five-year guarantee is a firm commitment, not an estimate.

Phase 2 standard pricing has not yet been confirmed. Founding practitioners are locked at GBP 299 per month for five years regardless of what Phase 2 standard pricing becomes. When Phase 2 launches, founding practitioners access it first.
Cohort A: Founding Clinical Fellows
Cohort A positions are offered by Dr Faisal directly to practitioners whose clinical background and functional medicine expertise align with the co-development requirement. Cohort A Fellows contribute clinical feedback, test synthetic patient profiles, and shape handbook refinement during Phase 1.
When Cohort B opens to the broader market, Cohort A Fellows are permanently locked at GBP 299 per month. They will never pay the standard Phase 2 rate.
